What a great conversation there’s so many useful nuggets of info and knowledge that I have to go back and chew on. Now, for sure, I have to go back and read Kevin’s earlier posts. As good as the conversation was, it’s raised more questions than answers, which I guess is the point, right?
A couple of questions if I may. Have either of you read Sam Harris on Free Will? I can’t say I agree with Sam, but he raises some interesting points.
Also, what was the name of the Air Force pilot you referred to? My father was career Air Force and was in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam, (at the same time I was)so I’m guessing I knew the pilot, but I don’t know the story.
I’ve listened to Sam talk on some of the info I would assume is in his book Free Will, but haven’t read it. Sam is definitely one of those guys I don’t fully agree with often but always makes me think.
