I can't thank you enough, such kind words Kyle. Any time I get to chat with you it is always a pleasure. Our chats constantly open new doors of thought for me and just put a smile on my face. Until next time!

When you say the word "stoic" (and leader etc.), most people imagine a man. So it's great to meet The Girl Stoic!

Kyle: you are a wonderful "interviewer": generous and respectful of your guest. That is rare. Most interviewers compete with their guest for "brightest kid in the class" award. Well done.

As a career advisor, I really enjoyed hearing your story, Kirsten. It is not unusual for people to plan a career from what I call "the outside in". The anxiety that tells someone they're on the wrong path is terrifying and many find ways to suppress and avoid it. Congrats for using it as a guide to a better future.

Thanks to you both for using this platform so well! πŸ‘

Well said Baird. Your observation about interviewers competing with their guest resonates. Without hints it would be challenging to know who was the interviewer and who’s the interviewee. I learned much from Kirsten and Kyle, their synergy was palpable.
