Love it You know the first time I realized that my nervous system was going to have the same sort of reaction whether it was running late or running for my life was a HUGE breakthrough for me. I find difficult fitness challenges have helped immensely with my general resilience. I can do about a 4 min plank, without weight, so you are a tank, well done!
