I like this better than falling on my (sore) butt. I did a round, harder than it looks but I look forward to wearing a weight vest later in the month to atone for dropping out last month. It seems very strenuous to do daily along with normally scheduled strength trading and cardio. Let me guess, you’ll warmup with 100 burpees before.

Thanks for the challenge.

Look at you naturally coming up with another modification to make it harder! Going to add it to the recommendations. Thank you brother

This is one of those exercises that you made look so easy, after about 12 I was ready to drop, think I might have to start on the knees to get the full 50 cranked out.

Thanks for the challenge Kyle. I'll say thanks now because after doing 50 I might be cursing you 🤣

😂😂😂 only because I’ve done them many times before. I did it this morning and was definitely feeling it after I pushed through all the reps. Like you said, dial back and do modified until that because easy and then progress from there to something like 10 unmodified followed by 15 modified until you get to where it’s doable without dropping.

Looking forward to you being involved in the challenge brother 👊🏻

I wouldn’t say I’m looking forward to it, but I do know I need challenge in order to stay accountable and I went from exercising daily to couch potato over winter, so now hibernation is over, this is something to ease me back into movement. So thanks for the motivation 👍

Thank you for these exercises, Kyle. The videos help a ton. The consistency a daily challenge requires is the best part. Less room for excuses. "Anyone can find a few minutes to do something beneficial for themselves."

Discreet downside of lifting is I kind of get blinders. I've learned what I like and what works, so too often end up in that comfort zone, but there is so much more to do to exercise my body and brain. This will force me to try something new to me. I'm prepared for these exercises to serve up a heaping serving of humble pie! Thank you.

Thank you too James! Finding small ways to switch it up allows for exploration of beneficial pursuits that supplement your preferred ones. Appreciate you and looking forward to having you as a part of the challenge!
